Just thought I'd post a few cards I made using some Tea Bag medallions I had made a long time ago.   They were quick and easy since the medallions were already done.

I entered the second card in the http://www.hidinginmycraftroom.com/2014/08/himcr-blogiversary-1.html challenge.  It would be nice to win something:).

Have a good day.

  1. Mehrll, those are just beautiful! They look like quilt work, to pretty to use. I would frame them for others to see and enjoy. Just amazing.
I would think you would win on these for sure. :-)

This might be a silly question, but what is a tea bag medallion?
Have a beautiful rest of your day.
    Blessings, Debbie

    1. Thanks for the wonderful comments. You are precious!
Here are two sites that explain explain medallions better than I can.

Some say it originated in Holland and some say England. It started by folding the tea bag envelope into different shapes and putting them together to make what is called a medallion by some. In the USA we don't have fancy tea bag envelopes so there are squares, circles, etc. available for us with patterns as to how to fold them to make medallions. It is easy and makes pretty ornaments for cards.
